Any food made on the barbecue is a favorite of mine. Here is a very simple recipe for barbecue chicken kabobs. I like to use the Shaan spice mix for this.
Ingredients:
1 Ib cubed chicken breast or thigh (thigh comes out juicier)
1/2 cup yogurt
2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 pack of Shaan Chicken Tikka for BBQ (more for spicier)
salt to taste
cut up vegetables to put on skewer with chicken (tomatoes, onions, etc.)

What to do...
1. Marinate the chicken cubes in the yogurt, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, and spices for 1-24 hours (the longer the better).
2. Preheat your grill on medium-high heat. Thread chicken cubes and vegetables onto skewers, alternating between both.
3. Brush oil lightly on your grill. Grill chicken cubes for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is fully cooked.
4. While grilling, brush the chicken with the marinade.
