1/2 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (more for spicier)
1/4 teaspoon salt
8 chicken wings
oil (for frying)
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup hot sauce
a pinch of ground black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
What to do...
1. In a bowl, mix together flour, paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt.
2. Coat each chicken wing in this mixture. Set aside on a plat for 20-30 minutes.
3. Fry the chicken wings until ready (golden brown on the outside). This should take about 5-7 minutes per chicken wing on each side. Place in a separate bowl.
4. In a separate saucepan, melt the butter. Once melted, add hot sauce, ground black pepper, and garlic powder. Stir on low heat until everything is well blended.
5. Pour hot sauce mixture in bowl with fried chicken wings. Make sure to completely coat all wings with the mixture.
