I got this recipes from a very close friend's mom who's an amazing cook!
The following recipe makes two large pizzas:
1. Mix together the following in a large bowl:
• 4 cups flour
• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup milk & 3/4 cup water
• 1 large tablespoon yeast
• 1/2 tablespoon sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
2. After mixing all together allow it to sit in room temp for ~ 1-2 hours or until it doubles in size.
3. Roll out the dough on a pizza pan. Poke holes using a fork all over. Before putting any toppings, put the crust in the oven for about 10 minutes to get a crispy crust.
4. After ten minutes, take the crust out of the oven. For pizza sauce, use any sauce other than store bought pizza sauce....tomato basil spaghetti sauce, tomato, onion, and garlic sauce...whatever you like. Put whatever toppings you want.
5. Drizzle very little oil (olive oil) on top after putting on all the toppings and before putting in the oven. Cook in the oven on 400 for about 15-20 mins or until crust becomes a golden brown. Broil the pizza for 30 seconds (no more or it will burn) to get brown and bubbly cheese on top.
Enjoy!
