1 can pillsbury golden layer refrigerated buttermilk biscuits ( 10 to a can ) the small ones
1 can 9 4/5 ounces) chopped green chiles, drained
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 cup Miracle Whip or mayo
2 tablespoons cooked (turkey) bacon pieces from pkg
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
20 jalapenos slices ( or can use pickled jalapenos) drained
How to make it:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Separate each biscuit into 2 -rounds.-press 1 round in bottom and up side of each of 20 ungreased mini- muffin cups pan
3. In a small bowl, mix remaining ingredients, except jalapenos slices . Spoon heaping teaspoon of mixture in each cup. Top each with 1-jalapeno slice.
4. Bake 13 to 19 minutes or until edges are golden brown, remove from pan to serving platter let stand 1-2 minutes and serve warm.
