Ingredients:
3/4 -1 box linguine or spaghetti
½ onion chopped
½ lb raw or cooked shrimp
1 tablespoon canola oil
Any desired vegetables.
Szechwan Sauce:
¼ cup water
½ cup ketchup
1 tablespoon sriracha sauce (more for spicier)
¼ cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
1 tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
What to do…
1. Cook noodles. Drain.
2. In a bowl, mix Szechwan sauce ingredients together. Stir. Mix well until all ingredients are well blended.
3. In a wok, heat the oil. Sauté onions. If using raw shrimp, cook shrimp until orange. If using cooked shrimp, skip this step.
4. Once shrimp is cooked/onions are sautéed, pour sauce mixture into the wok on high heat. When it starts to boil, put heat on low. Sauce should be slightly thick.
5. Mix in noodles, shrimp (if using cooked), and any desired vegetables. Stir until sauce is evenly distributed.
